Wuxi Xintong has successfully manufactured a batch of hot plates with central oil inlet and outlet

Recently, Wuxi Xintong undertook an order for hot plates with oil ports located at the center. This marks our first production of this type of hot plate.

The biggest technical challenge of this product lies in welding. Groove welding on the plate surface would significantly raise the risk of fluid leakage, while also causing material deformation and amplifying welding stress.

After repeated technical analysis, our team adopted the gourd-string welding method used by Bürkle, the leading German manufacturer of PCB hot pressing machinery for their heating plates. Named for its resemblance to traditional Chinese candied hawthorn skewers (Bingtanghulu), this technique uses discs with tolerance controlled within 0.3 mm to block intersecting holes. A 2 mm diameter round rod passes through each disc, which is then secured by TIG welding.
