Recently, our company has launched a pilot project on the application of welding robots in the heating plate welding process. Benefiting from the rapid development of industry technology, the operating efficiency, welding precision and intelligence level of current welding robots have achieved leapfrog improvement. To this end, we have actively carried out technical investigation and practical verification. By introducing the robot welding mode, we can not only effectively reduce production costs and decrease reliance on manual labor, but also realize efficient and rapid production of products by virtue of 3D scanning and reverse modeling technology. According to the plan, our company expects to fully achieve the construction goal of a lights-out factory by 2027.
