From September 1 to 3, the 29th China International Composites Industry Technology Exhibition 2026 grandly kicked off at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). With the theme of “Boundaryless Lightweighting · Empowering Application”, this exhibition ranks as the top professional composite exhibition in the Asia-Pacific region and the second largest worldwide. Covering an exhibition area of 75,000 square meters, the event gathered more than 970 outstanding domestic and overseas enterprises, showcasing cutting-edge achievements in composite raw materials, core equipment and advanced technologies. It attracted over 30,000 professional practitioners globally and hosted nearly 60 industry seminars and exchange events, building a premium platform to explore the latest industry trends and development opportunities. The company’s team conducted in-depth face-to-face communication with key long-term customers specializing in composite hot pressing machines, including Wuxi Pengda, Chengdu Zhengxi and Chongqing Jiangdong. The exchanges centered on the upgrading of core materials and process technologies for high-end composite manufacturing. In response to the stringent performance requirements for equipment steel plates in high-end composite production scenarios, both parties conducted detailed discussions on the application scenarios and adaptive advantages of special steel materials including 2311 mold plates and NM500 ultra-high strength and ultra-hard steel plates. Furthermore, targeting extreme working conditions in production such as ultra-high temperature operation and rapid heating and cooling cycles, the two sides analyzed the performance stability and wear resistance of special steel materials as well as targeted optimization solutions. A special technical testing and scheme iteration plan was initially finalized to solve key equipment and consumable pain points in high-end composite production, helping customers improve product accuracy, production efficiency and equipment service life.
