Recently, Wuxi Xintong Company has completed a batch of deep-hole runner machining on cylindrical shells for chemical enterprises. These cylindrical shells have a diameter of 3500 mm and a length of 5 meters. The base platform of Xintong’s deep-hole drilling equipment is cast from cast iron, with a load-bearing capacity of 50 tons. Meanwhile, the equipment is capable of a single-pass drilling depth of 3000 mm, and the entire order was finished using a counter-directional drilling process.
