In March 2023, at the request of a client, our company began to produce metal cylinders with heating functions.
This type of cylinder can be used to heat the surface of flexible products in its cylindrical form, or it can be cut into an arc shape to heat the surface of flexible products. The difference lies in that the heating period is different, so the required contact surface area is also different.
The final state is to treat the surface of the heating cylinder to a mirror-like finish, and at the same time, minimize deformation as much as possible after heating.
